About Kellyann

Hi! My name is Kelly and I have been nannying since I was laid off from teaching 15 years ago. I love working with families who have open communication and who allow me to treat their little one as a niece/nephew. I have only had long term nannying positions and have a close relationship with each family. I love going out for activities, being active and exploring with the littles. Leaving daily is something I'm pretty passionate about leaving the house daily to go to classes, activities, even shopping or the gym. I also don't mind running errands or going grocery shopping, etc and bringing the littles along. My disciple style is firm but loving. My number one rule is respect: for others and yourself. I'm also a believer in natural consequences and giving choices when they are available (when age appropriate. A baby/young toddler doesn't understand thus redirection or removal from the situation likely is the best option). If we sound like a good fit, please reach out!
