Hello! I'm an experienced childcare provider and elementary educator who loves helping children learn, grow, and thrive. I currently teach kindergarten on Mondays and Wednesdays and am available for childcare on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I'm interested in connecting with families needing consistent childcare, nannying, or help with daily routines and learning. I hold a Bachelor's and Associate's Degree in Elementary Education. We hired Kelli as our nanny (32+ hours/week) and she is absolutely FABULOUS. Our 21-month-old daughter adores her. Kelli has experience as a preschool teacher and is getting a degree in elementary education, so she incorporates learning/education into everyday play. She also disciplines in a loving manner that explains to and teaches our daughter why she can't have or do something, instead of simply reprimanding her or sending her to timeout (which doesn't really teach anything). Kelli is also punctual and reliable, and most importantly, she cares about our daughter and taking care of her. We all love Kelli and can't recommend her enough!
