We started working with Kelli earlier this year and continue to work with her for weekends/evening babysitting for our three year old, and she has been nothing short of exceptional. From our first call with her, we got a strong impression of a very capable and skilled childcare professional with a depth of knowledge and practical experience with kids across a wide range of ages. Our little one can take a while to warm up to new people, but within 20 minutes of meeting Kelli he was showing her his toys and very happily playing with her. She is highly engaging, very reliable and communicative, great at guiding behavior, and has a warm and empathetic demeanor to the children she cares for. We feel so lucky that she works with our family! 

We hired Kelli to watch our 2 y/o twins for a date night during a mini-vaca in Philly. Full disclosure - she was the first person outside of family to watch them so I was hesitant to the idea - but her stellar reviews and experiences were on-point. We made the right decision to hire Kelli. She was on-time and stayed later than we’d planned. Our shy twins took to her immediately and I had no concerns while we were away. The following day they told us that they missed Kelli :) we HIGHLY recommend!

Kelli showed up on time. She was very attentive to my daughter. And she provided text updates which I appreciated. 

We hired Kelli for a one time sitting but we decided that we will use her for our future date nights or occasional sittings. She’s very respectful, punctual, knowledgeable, and the kids loved her! Can’t wait to have her over again

Kelli has been our occasional sitter for about 2 years now and she fits right in with us! No matter how chaotic and crazy my children are, she’s always able to handle them. She’s very flexible with our needs and we truly appreciate & love her! 

Kelli was so sweet to my children! Surprisingly she was able to watch all 4 of my children without any problems which can be very challenging for some. My kids love her and we will be hiring her again!

Kelli is the best! She is the first person outside of family members we have ever left our 1 1/2 year old with and my husband and I couldn’t feel more blessed to have found her. She is great with our son and is just a genuine, warm, and loving person. Can’t say enough good things about her :) 

Kelli is amazing!!!  So positive, warm, enthusiastic, and clearly understands and loves kids.  Our kids bonded with her immediately, and our son gave her a huge hug and didn't want to let her go.  She is a genuine talent!  (Also, we hired her for a Friday evening, and despite a full day/week of work she had more energy and playfulness than we do with a full night's rest!). My wife and I hired Kelli for a one time sitting, however my son LOVED her so we decided to have her come occasionally.
