About Kelli

Growing up with a mom who's a behaviorist and a brother on the spectrum I've learned grounded patience and clear communication are paramount. I like to keep things positive, genuine and adaptive wherever I work. Kids are looking to adults to figure out "how do we human" so I keep a constant awareness that I am being a role model for how you move about the world. Formally I am BCAT certified and a conservator for my brother who has Down Syndrome and Autism. I have worked with kids ages 5-17 being a sitter for after school meeting academic or behavior goals and I have also spent time as a helper entertaining the kids so caregivers can get some things done at home. My background is in theatre so I always bring an element of play to any structure needed. I find that incorporating silly voices, a funny antidote or working with music and or movies can be helpful to motivate the mundane into something fun!
