About Kelley

I am an educator and artist who has worked with 2-5-year-olds for many, many years and genuinely enjoy it. My approach is warm, playful, a little silly, and child led, blending Whole Child, Reggio Emilia, Montessori, and the simple whimsy of Waldorf. I pay attention to what captures a child's interest and give them space to explore. I know when to ask a question or add a new element, and know when to step back. I love being outside, adventures, projects, forts, and following curiosity wherever it leads. Rainy day? Maybe a scavenger hunt through IKEA. Heat wave? Let's play with a bucket of ice. Feeling under the weather? Let's make soup. I am organized, dependable, communicative, and comfortable managing many moving pieces. I want children to feel seen, respected, and engaged, and for parents to know their children are in thoughtful, capable hands. I also love pets. (@fourlegswetnose)
