Kelley is my upstairs neighbor. She is affectionately known as our Meticulous Neighbor. Kelley has a friendly and caring personality. She makes friends easily with all our neighbors in our condo community. She is also very conscientious when it comes to the upkeep of our community. She notices whenever anything is out of place or needs maintenance. She reports maintenance issues to our property managers promptly. She takes it upon herself to provide maintenance regularly. For instance she vacuums the shared carpet lined stairs going up to units above me weekly on her own for the benefit of us all. No one asks her to do this. She has spent her own funds to provide improvements to the community laundry room without compensation. She has provided a broom, mop, door mat, waste basket. She provides the trash bags and takes out the trash regularly all without compensation. No other neighbors in our community step up to do these things. She does these extra tasks because she cares. Her work ethic is impeccable. She is a treasure. I highly recommend her for any position she is considering.
