With three years of experience, I have a passion for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to engage children in a variety of fun and educational activities. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, ensuring that they are well-informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. I follow their preferred communication method and provide written daily reports and verbal updates during pickup. My approach to enforcing household rules is guided by the parents' lead, respecting their parenting style and expectations. I find joy in playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles.
