I'd describe myself as patient, kind, engaged, and intelligent. I like tutoring because I see my positive impact on teens whom I tutor. I love helping teens buy in to an SAT or ACT program . They understand goals, content and most of all strategies for an improvement in their test scores. I've always tutored since my first year of teaching in 2000. I started one on one tutoring full time in 2020 with Covid shutting everything thing down. One thing you should know about me is I enjoy, cooking, gardening, church and college basketball. My skills include many different Math courses( 4-6th grade Arithmetic, PreAlgebra, Algebra 1/2, Geometry, Trigonometry basics, Stats, and College Math 1). Test prep for SAT , PSAT, HSPT, SHSAT and ACT tests and all content(English /Math, Reading, Science). HSPT, PSAT. SHSAT, and others
