I'd describe my personality as funny, responsible, respectful. I'm looking for a meaningful job where I can make a positive impact, continue learning, and build strong relationships with families and the people I work with. I value patience, and a supportive environment. One thing families should know about me is that I'm very patient, understanding, and passionate about helping children/adults grow and feel supported. Becoming a parent to a child/adults with autism inspired me to learn more about child/adult development and behavioral support so I could better understand and help children/adults with different needs. My three strongest caregiving skills are patience, communication, and compassion. I have experience supporting both children and adults with intellectual disabilities, and I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and understanding environment while building trust with both individuals and their families.
