About Kearah

Hi! I'm Kearah, born and raised in Michigan, with a background in caregiving, education, and behavioral support. I've been working with children for over 15 years, starting with babysitting and growing that experience into a career. I've worked as a student aide, office aide, paraprofessional, Behavior Technician, in-home caregiver, and supporting adults with developmental disabilities. My experience includes working with infants, children, teens, adults, and seniors in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings, including individuals with autism, emotional impairments, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, rehabilitation needs, and other complex medical needs. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, baking, cosmetology, and finding fun, creative ways to keep children engaged.
