About Kazara

Hello there! My name is Kazara and I am a graduate student in Charlottesville. Alongside my academic career, I have also worked heavily in the childcare sector. I was a consistent babysitter in high school. I worked as a Nursery Director for Monticello United Church of Christ from 2017-2018. In 2019, I was a Pre-College Mentor for the UNC Upward Bound Summer Program. I was a private nanny for a family during the 2020-21 academic year for two elementary-aged children. And lastly, since January 2023, I have been nannying an infant. In addition to childcare, I also have experience in tutoring. I have tutored children from Pre-K to 12th grade. I specialize in English, Social Studies, and Spanish. I have a passion for education, and I am dedicated to crafting personalized teaching methods to best cater to individual learning needs. My other skills in childcare include meal prepping, household organization, activity planning, laundry, and pet sitting.
