About Kazandra

I'm Kazandra, a psychology student at San Diego State University. For five years, I've been caring for young children as a babysitter and nanny, including my baby cousins and younger sister. My approach revolves around creating a nurturing environment where kids feel safe emotionally and physically. I started babysitting when I was 15, looking after my sister while our parents worked. Over time, I extended my care to my baby cousin and other children in my community. My psychology studies have deepened my understanding of child development, motivating me to create engaging learning environments for them. Safety is paramount to me, ensuring they feel secure to explore and learn. Outside of caregiving and studies, I find solace in reading and outdoor activities. My goal is to continue positively impacting the lives of the children I care for, helping them grow into confident and compassionate individuals.
