Hello, my name is Kaylla. I Have 10 years of experience with ages 0 and up. Extensive knowledge in health and first aid, as well as working with autistic children. My skills and abilities include; Art, Music, Communication, CPR, Decision-making, Problem solving, Interpersonal Communication, Active listening, Child Development, American Sign Language(ASL), International Nanny Association Member, Leadership, Time Management, Conflict Resolution, Compassion, Empathy I'd describe my personality as bubbly, patient, and understanding. I started working with kids since I was 15 years old. In my spare time, I like to to take nature walks, read, yoga and write. One thing you should know about me is I enjoy helping children express themselves through music and drawing.
