Kaylix said she could work for us from 8/21 to 10/5. She was wonderful for the 1st 4 days. Then she went on a week long vacation. She canceled her first two shifts she was sch to work upon return. When I told her I was concerned about her lack of communication and unreliability during the past 10 days she said she didn't like how I was talking to her and I should find someone else. I sent her a text apologizing and stating I was merely trying to ensure that she was commited to helping us to the 10/5 finish line and she wrote that she wanted to focus on spending time with family and friends. I wish I hadn't gone 10 days without help waiting for her return which was very stressful and unproductive.
