I have worked with children ranging from 3 months to 13 years old, tailoring my approach to meet the needs of each child. Kaylie nannied for our two boys (1yr and 5yrs) for 6 months before I made the decision to be a full-time SAHM, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She operated with such professionalism and clearly put so much effort into ensuring that our boys were not just cared for but were consistently participating in enriching activities throughout the day. Our older boy has some medical needs, and she was AMAZING at coordinating with his service providers and managing his Type 1 diabetes. It is something special to be able to trust someone with your children, much more with your child with special needs, and we trust Kaylie. She's at the top of our list whenever we need a sitter, and we're so thankful to have worked with her.
