I've always loved nurturing children and watching them reach their milestones. With two years of experience, I've grown as a caregiver, learning to adapt to different personalities and needs. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, which helps me connect with children and build a trusting relationship with them. I believe in open communication with parents. I send written daily reports, provide verbal updates at pickup, and am always available for text or phone calls to discuss their child's day or any concerns that arise. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, ensuring consistency for the children. I enjoy playing outdoor games, sports, and educational games that promote learning.
