About Kayley

I started working with kids for as long as I can remember. As the oldest sister, caring for kids has always come naturally to me (twin brothers & a younger brother). I am CPR & first aid trained as well. My experience is abundant. I previously worked for a family with two wonderful boys. From birthday party coordinator to arts & crafts teacher, I've learned many creative ways to keep children engaged. I also spent 2 years as an after school camp counselor, where I cared for 13 children and supported their day-to-day needs such as homework help, reading, and general after school care. Lastly, I worked as a behavior technician as well, caring for children with special needs. My skills include working with multiples, positive reinforcement, activities, and applied behavior analysis.
