She did not take care of my pets and you charged me for her. Hopefully this will be resolved soon and you will credit that money back to my credit card because she did not take care of my pets. I believe she went home for Christmas at the last minute we never connected, and neither did the other person who charged care.com did not take care of my animals or company did not and I do hope to be credited soon for the charges for two people. Why would I do that?
