About Kaylene

Nurturing young minds is truly my passion. For the past 10 years, I've dedicated myself to providing an engaging and supportive learning environment in the early childhood field either in the classroom or in families homes. I hold a college degree, am certified in other Early Childhood, Safe Baby Sleep, and Child Safety specific areas, and am CPR/First Aid trained. My approach is patient, calm, and creative with providing age apporopriate activities and experiences to all age groups. I believe children thrive on routines, and a nurturing and educational enviornment. I'm comforable caring for up to 5 children and have experience with special needs. I'm happy to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, and errands. When im not substitute teaching, I am with my favorite people--my husband, 2 teenagers, and 2 golden retrievers! We enjoy the great outdoors, all sports, music, reading, and board games!
