About Kaylene

Fostering growth and development in children is my true passion, and I have dedicated the last 19 years to supporting families as a reliable caregiver. As a licensed special education teacher and a BCBA, I bring extensive experience in managing challenging behaviors and supporting individuals across the Autism spectrum. I hold a graduate degree with specialized coursework in early child development. I have been trained in First Aid and CPR to ensure a safe environment for up to three children. My approach is patient, calm, and creative. I love engaging children through sensory play, educational games, and active obstacle courses. I am happy to assist with carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel. I prioritize clear communication, whether through daily updates or your preferred method. I look forward to partnering with your family to provide a nurturing, structured, and joyful space for your children to thrive.
