I have had many opportunities in which I have gotten experience with childcare. When I was a young teenager, I would volunteer to teach Sunday school and look over the nursery at my church. In high school, I worked at my local hospital in the wellness center and in the summer I taught swimming lessons to different age groups ranging from 1-60 years old. For the past year, I have worked at my church in childcare on Wednesday nights and other events. I love to be around children and learn from them as much as I teach. I am very patient with children of all ages and think that it is important to lead them by example!
