She quickly showed herself to be up to the task of anything I presented her with, and when she wasn't, she took the steps to learn how to meet the demands of the job. In short time she earned the role of Assistant Director under me, and made herself a necessity in the daily running of our company. She has a strong work ethic, ability to take direction and learn, coupled with an understanding of her influence of the overall workplace.
