About Kaylee

I like working with kids because it brings me a lot of joy, and I love spending time with them and watching them develop as they get older. The main thing I'm looking for is consistency with hours and pay. I have been working at Texas Roadhouse for the last 3 years and I have not had the consistency that I would really like. I have babysat for family friends and family members since I was about 13. I have helped take care of my 6-year-old and 1. 5-year-old cousins since they were born. In my spare time I like to spend time with my family, read, and do crafts. I think my top child care skills are listening and being understanding, I like teaching them new things, and I'm very patient.
