Kaylee is amazing; definitely the best nanny we have had. She worked for us for around 20 hours a week, for a few months, and still babysits for us on occasion. I wish we could have kept her longer, but COVID changed our plans somewhat. There aren't many people I trust to do a *great* job taking care of our four kids, age 1-7. She has the best demeanor for dealing with young children....she is very patient, but also fun and creative. She truly makes it look easy. She doesn't run out of ideas of things to do and handles any direction we give really well. She never seemed to just sit still...she would clean up if the kids were busy. She was great about reading books, doing crafts with them, baking, taking them for walks, driving them places. I have no doubt she could handle schoolwork as well.
