About Kaylee

With three younger brothers and nearly two years of experience at a nature preschool in south Austin as well as a few years of dog walking, I am familiar with caring for nearly all of our small companions! I currently work at a nature preschool that is focused on child-led play and social/emotional development, and am incredibly passionate about the work I do as well as the families I provide for. Furthermore, our school practices the Conscious Discipline Model and routinely revisits the lectures and works of Becky Bailey. I am decently versed in the concepts but am forever learning! As a studio arts and education major at Austin Community College with a pathway aimed at teaching high-school art, a lot of my projects tend to be art based. However, I am a firm believer in process-art rather than product, as it follows true to the idea of letting a kid be a kid! Valentine's Day hand prints are adorable, but green-blue-purple dinosaur pizza people are super rad, dude!
