About Kaylee

Hi!! I am 23 years old and currently getting my masters degree in social work and I absolutely love working with children! A lot of my experience comes from working with kids in my own family (lots and lots of kids!) and neighbors who have paid me to watch their kids. I also have a lot of early childhood education from courses in my undergraduate degree (psychology) and I am really passionate about helping kids and working with children after I receive my masters degree and my social work license! I would absolutely love to take care of your little ones and treat them as if they were my own. I prioritize connection with people and the outdoors, learning and exploring rather than looking at screens, and using empowering language with children. I also focus on encouraging them to participate in activities that boost gross & fine motor skills and cognitive and emotional development (& that they find enjoyable!)
