About Kaylee

As a caregiver, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. With five years of childcare experience, I have cared for children ranging from 3 weeks old to 18 years old, giving me experience with a variety of ages and needs. I also have three years of experience as an ABA Behavioral Technician, where I worked with children with autism and other developmental needs, helping support communication, social skills, independence, and daily living skills through individualized care. I'm currently pursuing my degree in Psychology, which continues to strengthen my understanding of child development and behavior. I am CPR and First Aid certified and enjoy creating fun, educational activities, assisting with routines, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. My goal is to provide dependable, compassionate care while maintaining open communication with families and being a positive influence in each child's life
