Kaylea was wonderful to work with and exactly what I was looking for in a mother's helper. She was dependable, hardworking, and consistently took initiative without needing to be asked. She quickly saw what needed to be done and jumped in to help, which made a huge difference for our family. She was also great with my children, and I always felt comfortable knowing they were in good hands. The only reason we stopped working together is that she moved away. Otherwise, I would have continued hiring her without hesitation. I highly recommend Kaylea to any family looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping however she can.
