About Kayla

Hello, my name is Kayla I am a 22-year-old psych student and is also studying early childhood education online. I have been working with children from newborns to 13 years of age since I was 12 years old, that would be about 10+ years of experience. I started in my neighborhood then went into daycares, camps, schools, working in homes, and even overnight babysitting in both my home and families homes. I have no problem traveling with children and taking them where they need to be or even daily adventures. I am very strong on gentle parenting and would love to work with parents who are also into gentle learning/parenting. I believe in positive redirecting, I believe children should be encouraged to express their feelings and emotions through communication and positive reinforcement. I can work every day from 3:30 p.m. I am flexible with the end time. I am also available on weekends if needed.
