About Kayla

Hello, I am a college student who graduated with an advanced diploma at Colgan Highschool and took the Teachers for Tomorrow college course. I worked as a swim coach lead at SwimKids for 1 year, teaching kids from ages 1-17 years. Additionally, I have 1 year experience working as a teachers aide. I have a passion for education and children, so my goal is to become a teacher! I'd be happy to incorporate tutoring and additive swim lessons! I am currently (shallow-water up to 5 ft) lifeguard certified. I have a valid drivers license and a working vehicle. Additionally, I am fully COVID vaccinated. My approach to nannying is one that incorporates the child and their interests as much as possible. In my college course, I learned about many of the fundamental sciences behind child development.
