About Kayla

Hi! My name is Kayla! I am 22 years old and just graduated from IU with a Bachelors in Kinesiology. I am originally from Evansville, Indiana, but am relocating to Lincoln Park Chicago area in late August! I've been caring for children for over 6 years, starting as a babysitter at 16 and later working as a summer nanny throughout college. I also have experience as an elementary summer school teacher's assistant and K-6 tutor. I pride myself on being reliable and energetic while creating a fun and engaging environment for kiddos! Whether it's playing outside, doing crafts, helping with homework, or coming up with out of the box activities, I enjoy making each day exciting. My long-term goal is to become a pediatric speech-language pathologist, so supporting children's development is truly my passion! I'm also happy to help with meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, or errands! I have a reliable car and would love to become a trusted part of your family's routine!
