About Kayla

I'd describe my personality as organized, creative, and friendly. I like working with kids because their imagination runs wild. To see the biggest smile on their face when being active and interactive with kids, brightens my day and mood. I'm looking for a job that is consistent and persistent with the position of work; a job that has a warm welcoming environment. I started working with kids with my Godmother back in the year 2013 and 2014. In my spare time, I like to figure out other ways to make money and to expand my source of income. One thing you should know about me is that I am a quick learner and love to work with kids. My current job right now is being an Registered Behavior Technician working with children ages 2-12 years old who are on the Autism Spectrum. My skills includes distinguishing a child's wants and needs, paying close attention to prevent any harm occurrences happening, and giving the child tender, love, and care.
