Kayla worked almost 1-1/2 years for us providing 24-hour care from 1 to 3 days a week. My Mom loved Kayla, and so did we. She was personable and intuitive with my Mom. She'd either go along with Mom's dementia, or when needed, she'd redirect her. Kayla is very professional and knowledgeable, especially about supplements, medications and hospice care. She always engaged my Mom in conversation, talking with her and never talking down to her. Kayla understood Mom and anticipated all her needs and wants. They had a special friendship! Kayla's other duties were light housekeeping (which she kept the house spotless), as well as dressing and feeding Mom. She had excellent communication with the others on the care giving team to determine the best care for my Mom. Kayla is honest, dependable, reliable, responsible, and experienced. You could not wish for a better care giver than Kayla for your loved one! Shirley. R
