About Kayla

My name is Kayla, and I'm a Miami local with a strong background in early childhood education. I'm a former Montessori teacher and currently work as a professional nanny and early childhood specialist. I graduated from Barry University with a major in Elementary Education. I have experience working with children from 18 months to 6 years old in a Montessori preschool setting, as a former lead teacher, where I focused on fostering independence, emotional development, and age appropriate learning through play and structure. I'm passionate about supporting children's growth in a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment, and I bring a thoughtful, child-centered approach to every family I work with.
