We hired Kayla to watch our 9.5 month old son while we were vacationing in Florida. This was the first time we ever used care.com or a babysitter and I was extremely nervous! Kayla responded quickly to all my messages and made us feel comfortable enough to use a babysitting service from out of state. I originally hired her for Sunday evening to cover childcare while we were at a wedding but my family decided we wanted to go out on the town Friday night. So I reached out to Kayla, literally the night before and and she was available! Kayla showed up a few minutes early (even though we were running very late) and sat and spoke with my parents as my husband and I continued to get ready and the same with Sunday. She played with him while we continued to get ready and she made us all (4 protective adults) feel very comfortable and happy leaving our baby with her. She responded right away to any text messages about checking in and she even cleaned up after our mad rush the leave the house for the wedding! We 100% recommend Kayla for ANY care.com services. After speaking with her it's my understanding that she also assists in adult care etc. and if she lived in NJ, I would have her booked up! Thank you Kayla for making our vacation and we plan on coming back to Florida just because of you.
