About Kayla

Hi! I'm Kayla! I'm naturally outgoing, caring, and playful, and after 7+ years of working with children, I still love that no two days or kiddos are ever the same! I've had the opportunity to work with kids in so many different ways, including traditional childcare, teaching dance, leading summer camps, climbing and rockwall programs, special events, and now Kids leadership. These experiences have allowed me to work with a wide range of ages, personalities, and needs, and I'd love to share more about my background as we get to know each other! I'm a very involved caregiver and love crafts, baking, playing outside, little adventures, movie nights, and finding activities that fit each child's interests. I'm reliable, communicative, and love creating a space where kids can have fun, feel comfortable, and be themselves while still having structure and routine. I'd love to get to know your family!
