About Kayla

Since 2022, I've volunteered hundreds of hours with animal shelters, caring for all sorts of dogs. I have experience with behavioral challenges, puppies, seniors, and ill dogs to name a few. At the shelters, we prioritize enrichment, physical activity, building trust, and creating a calm environment when needed. I've cleaned kennels, handled medicine, and navigated surgical and medical limitations. In addition to my volunteer experience, I've cared for animals of all kinds overnight in homes for various family, friends, and clients. I've owned dogs and guinea pigs my whole life and have a passion for keeping them company and caring for them any chance I get. With me handling your care, I can promise to follow your routine and care schedule, keep you updated during my visits, and make sure your furry friend is happy, clean, and safe.
