About Kayla

My name is Kayla, I'm 26 years old, and I'm originally from Long Island, NY. I graduated from Suffolk County Community College in 2019 with my associates degree, and later obtained my Child Development Associate Credential in 2021. I was hired for a Lead Teacher position with the Children's Community Head Start, Birth-5 Program in June 2018, and for 4 years I worked in an Infant/Toddler classroom with children aged 4months-3 years old. I left there in January 2022 to move to Raleigh. After my move, I started a full time nanny position in Cary with a family where both parents were EMS workers. My hours would fluctuate between 10 and 14 hours a day, and 3-4 days a week depending on their scheduled shifts. They had 2 girls aged 23 months and 8 months when I first started, and 3 large dogs. Now we are making another move to Mooresville! My asking rate is $25/hour for 1 child, and $30/hour for 2, can negotiate if gas if offered. I am CPR certified and I am comfortable with pets!
