For the past four years, I've worked with children in a way that's caring and intentional. As a Behavioral Technician, I've supported kids' developmental goals and helped families navigate behavioral challenges with consistency and compassion. That experience shaped how I show up as a caregiver. I don't just keep kids safe and entertained. I pay attention to what they need and how to meet them there. Building genuine rapport is where I start with every child. Once they trust you, everything else (cooperation, communication, even tough moments) gets easier. Whether we're outside, playing games, or getting crafty, I bring real patience and enthusiasm to whatever the day calls for. I'm also happy to help with meal prep, light housekeeping, and carpooling. Families can count on clear communication. Written reports, texts, or a recap at pickup, whatever works best for you.
