About Kayla

Hi, my name is Kayla! I'm passionate about caring for children and have over six years of childcare experience. My childcare journey began in 2018 when I started working in the infant and toddler nursery at The Congregational Church of San Mateo, where I care for children aged 0-4. I've also worked as a summer camp counselor, coordinating fun activities, crafts, and games for kids aged 4-12. In addition to childcare, I love expressing my creativity through art, whether it's cutting and styling hair or drawing and crocheting. I also enjoy staying active with outdoor activities like biking, swimming, and playing games. I'm a caring, empathetic person who values open communication and building strong relationships with the families I work with. Whether it's helping with homework, light housekeeping, or preparing meals, I'm ready to support your family in any way I can.
