We hired Kayla a few weeks ago, allowing her to bring her 1 year old son with her to our home. She showed up on time for the first couple of weeks, but did not consistently clean up after herself. She then cancelled last minute due to negative weather temperatures, leaving me to call off of work for 2 days. The next day scheduled she did not call/text me, did not show up, and never responded to any messages simply deleted me and my husband from Facebook. We advanced her pay at one point as well as let her use my laptop, etc. and were given no reason as to why she simply didn't show up or respond.
