I have been working with children professionally for going on four years now. I started my senior year working in a child-care center, and then as I began college I started a job at a private school working in the afterschool program where I am currently employed during the school year. I am a junior at Georgia Gwinnett College where I am studying elementary education. I hope to become an elementary school teacher. Last year when Covid-19 began I spent the remainder of the school year tutoring a fifth-grader and helping him adjust to digital learning.
