About Kayla

Hello, my name is Kayla and I am 22 years old, working to get my degree as a LPN. I have worked at a daycare in Springfield Gardens for over 1 year, worked at a middle school for 2 years, babysat since I was 14 years old. I am the 2nd child out of 11. I have a lot of experience working in children of every age. I originally was going to school for nursing and wanted to work in the pediatric unit. I do have First Aid & CPR certification. Some of my hobbies include dance, arts, reading, swimming, and educational practices. However, I am a very flexible person and I love to try new things. I am constantly looking for new activities and enjoy variety and options. As a caretaker for your children I believe safety is my number one priority. I believe a quality babysitter puts children as their first priority, is a positive role model, and assists the children in coming up with fun and positive experiences!
