I have many years of experience in childcare. I've cared for many families children over the years, whether it was for a few hours for a parents night out or while they were working from home during these unprecedented times. I have been a teacher in a childcare environment for 4 years. I'm currently working for a Montessori school and have my 0-3 assistant Montessori training. Kaylah was our daughter's teacher and our daughter quickly formed a bond with her. Days when she didn't want to go to school, as soon as we mentioned Ms. Kaylah will be sad not seeing her, she will quickly get ready to go in no time. Kaylah is very patient with the kids, listens their needs and is very attentive. We also had Kaylah babysit outside school hours and she was able to get our daughter to eat her meals and put her to bed without the normal fuss we deal with. She left the place clean and tidy like how it was before we left the house.
