About Kaylah

I'd describe my personality as straightforward, enthusiastic, and creative. I like working with kids because I feel like they help me to remain authentic to myself. Children are the most unfiltered and down to earth people you meet and I believe as an adult surrounding yourself with them helps you to understand more of the type of person you wanted to be as a child and who you are now. I think child care is a beautiful field. I've always enjoyed experiencing different personalities with the kids too and love feeding into the people they're going to become. In my spare time, I run cross country so if i'm not doing that i'll be at the gym, I love making art and drawing but I love arts and crafts too. I surf and am an avid beach goer when i'm not busy, I also love to cook as well though my baking skills could use some work lol. When focusing of child care my main concerns I address are 1. One on one play 2. Interactive activities 3. Lots of outdoor time
