Kaylah definitely won me and my little nuggets heart. She always very friendly, communicated effectively, and showed care for my son from a place of love and kindness. She considered and offered assistance to my childcare needs last minute when life showed up on my end and for that I'm truly grateful. She respected all needs , cares and concerns that I had listed.
