About Kayla

I'm a passionate, certified childcare professional with over four years of experience. I'm motivated by my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives and support families by providing a reliable childcare option. I'm known for my patient and calm personality, as well as my creativity and imagination. I believe that play is an essential part of childhood development, and I love to engage children in outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. I communicate regularly with parents about their child's day, both verbally at pickup and through written daily reports. I'm also happy to provide updates via text or phone call if needed. In addition to my childcare experience, I have completed coursework in early child development and am a certified teacher. I'm also trained in First Aid and CPR.
