Her communication is phenomenal. She diligently used a tracking app to update us in real time on diaper changes, feedings, nap times, and activities, which made following our baby's routine effortless. Beyond her exceptional care for our baby, Kayla was incredibly thoughtful and proactive around the house. She went above and beyond by taking care of baby laundry, toy cleanup, dishes, and even making the bed for our older son (who wasn't even under her care!). She is reliable, warm, communicative, and truly a wonderful caregiver. We cannot recommend her highly enough to any family!
