I have several years of experience caring for infants and toddlers, teaching young children, and working with individuals with disabilities and seniors with dementia and Alzheimer's. Kayla cared for our two girls for 7 months when we elected to keep them home from school during the pandemic and we are so happy to have found her! It was fun to see the girls sheer excitement upon the arrival of "Miss Kayla" each morning! And even now that they are back in school and she no longer comes, they often ask if Miss Kayla is going to come today - clearly she made a deep impression on their little hearts! Kayla engaged with the girls through arts and crafts, imagination games, dance parties (lots of twirling!), walks through the neighborhood and visits to the park. While we are happy that our girls are back in their classrooms, we do miss having Kayla as part of our household - she will be the top of our list for babysitting needs in the future! If you are needing a dependable, honest, and caring person to come help your family out, Kayla checks all those boxes!
