She is great with newborn through older kids. She has excellent communication skills. Kayla doesn’t hesitate to take the kids on a fun outing or do projects. As my kids get older and we’ve experienced MANY childcare providers over the years, I can wholeheartedly say that Kayla is THE BEST!
